• Increases sales and market share by promoting and selling assigned Aesthetic products to current and potential customers. • Provide technical product information and procedure expertise to customers. • Initiate focused programs and services to increase sales and market share for specific products. • Communicate with customers in a clear and effective manner. • Build internal and external relationships; establish credibility and rapport with customers. • Organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic goals and action plans to increase sales and market share. • Deal with unexpected situations or events, frequent changes, or delays. • Ensures compliance by providing FDA approved information and adhering to FDA regulations.

• BA/BS in marketing, sales, business administration or a related field is required. • 3-5 years sales experience required. Sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales selling injectables is preferred. • Strong consultative selling skills and proven capability to close sales. • High personal motivation. • Must be able to identify opportunities within the assigned territory. • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. • Effective contract and negotiating skills. • Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated success in a high pressure sales role. • Customer service orientation. • Must possess valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Possess the ability to travel and work outside of the parameters of 8am to 5pm as well as attend both corporate and trade meetings when required; depending on territory assignment, expect a minimum of 4 overnight stays per month. • Effectively manage company property and resources to include, but not limited to, expense management, computer, automobile and other allocated equipment. • Must possess and display ethical and compliant behavior.
